Position

Join the company as an Assistant Vice President in the Securities Services Custody Client Services Team in Dubai, U.A.E. This role is essential for ensuring full client satisfaction and the achievement of agreed service standards. You will own end-to-end client servicing for an assigned portfolio of Custody Clients, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve queries across various areas such as settlement, corporate actions, account opening/onboarding, foreign exchange, and cash movements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing clients’ meetings and conducting periodic service reviews.
  • Monitoring market news relevant to custody business and releasing client communications as required.
  • Contributing to the execution of Client Services strategy and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Supporting the account administration desk and product development initiatives.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving timely actions.
  • Achieving the agreed Securities Services financial targets and ensuring compliance with relevant Group Manuals.

Requirements:

  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit (Attestation and equivalency required for degrees obtained outside the UAE).
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in custody client services within Securities Services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the securities services business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to develop and motivate staff while proactively driving change.
  • A values-led approach aligned to the company's standards of integrity and professionalism.

Contract Details:
Under the New Labour Law, fixed-term contracts are required for the company UAE employees, leading to a 4-year contract based on the term of the work permit.
