Responsibilities
- Right Hand: Act as a firewall and sparring partner for the CEO, ensuring complex topics are processed decisively. Handle matters autonomously when applicable.
- Team Leadership: Delegate clearly, monitor performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues directly to prevent them from reaching the CEO. Lead in a way that inspires people to want to work for you, yet take necessary actions when required.
- Visibility: Manage the CEO's social media plan including preparation, filming, editing (either personally or via contractors), and publishing. Ensure regular updates occur without reminders.
- Recruiting: Handle job postings, pre-screening, scheduling, and communication with candidates to quickly onboard the right talent.
- AI Tools: Develop skills, agents, and workflows for both personal and team efficiency, build a prompt library, train the team, and measure adoption.
- Systems & Standards: Create processes, SOPs, and templates for the entire organization, ensuring all outputs reflect the company's quality standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (both spoken and written) at a native level – this is a strict requirement.
- Experience with AI tools, having constructed skills, prompts, or agents that ease your workload – essential.
- Previous leadership experience, with a capability to delegate effectively to achieve results while maintaining accountability.
- Ability to motivate a team and make necessary decisions when required.
- Proactive: Deliver results before being asked and enforce the same expectations from others.
- Strong attention to detail as reliability fosters trust.
- Good sense of content creation, camera work, and timing.
- Value direct feedback for acceleration and reciprocate it effectively.
- Business-minded thinking regarding business models, customer relations, margins, and goals; discretion and loyalty are paramount.
- Reside in Dubai, working onsite with the team daily.
