Key Responsibilities:

Identify improvement areas within squads in a Tribe/Platform.
Implement required improvements to increase the Agile maturity of squads.
Coach squad members to become autonomous and understand Agile practices and principles.
Enable squads to be self-organized, allowing them to run ceremonies and maintain best Agile practices without a dedicated Scrum Master.
Run required training sessions for squads or wider audiences as needed.
Monitor and track the progress of squad maturity and provide regular reports to the Agile Coach and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Relevant bachelor’s degree with technical aspects such as coding/programming and project management included in the syllabus.
UAE Nationals with 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Engineer in an Agile organization.
Skills in Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, Integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time.
