Global Markets
This position is part of the Global Markets business unit, providing the chance to experience two nine-month rotations across curated career tracks, enhancing your professional growth aligned with the global program's initiatives.

Career Track 1: Sales and Business Development
In this track, you will focus on strategic sales planning, consultative selling, and solution selling. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing product expertise and leveraging the company's integrated solutions to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Developing sales strategies aligned with geographical markets and identifying sales leads.
  • Supplying market intelligence to product developers and managers to facilitate design, development, and implementation efforts.

Career Track 2: Product Management and Solutions
In this track, you will engage with user experience, product performance, ongoing management, customer needs, insights, and solution architecture. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project coordination, status reporting, financial management, timelines, and ensuring project goals are achieved within agreed-upon time, scope, and resources.
  • Creating detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes within budget constraints.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027.
  • Available to start on 1st March 2027.
  • Passion: Actively seeks responsibility and takes pride in delivering high-quality results and recommendations to clients; demonstrated leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
  • Rapid Growth: Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development opportunities.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
