Global Markets
This role is part of the Global Markets business unit, providing a unique opportunity to experience two nine-month rotations across curated career tracks that enrich your career launch and enhance your professional growth as part of the Global program.
Career Track 1: Sales and Business Development
In this track, you will focus on:
- Strategic sales planning and consultative selling.
- Leveraging the company integrated solutions to drive sales and revenue goals.
- Setting sales strategies aligned with geographical strategy, identifying, and closing sales leads.
- Providing market intelligence to support product design, development, and implementation efforts.
Career Track 2: Product Management and Solutions
In this track, you will focus on:
- User experience, product performance, and ongoing management based on customer needs and insights.
- Overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules, and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensuring project goals and objectives are met within agreed time, scope, and resource requirements.
- Creating detailed project plans and managing implementation processes within budget constraints.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027.
- Availability to start on March 1, 2027.
- Passion: Actively seeks responsibility and takes pride in delivering high-quality results and recommendations. Proven record of leadership in work settings or through extracurricular activities.
- Rapid Growth: Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development opportunities.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
