Business Development (Services BD)
The Services Business Development team is crucial to identifying, shaping, and commercializing opportunities across the company's Services while managing the Services P&L. This team collaborates closely with Clients, Account Management, Product, and Delivery teams to drive revenue growth, support strategic Client engagements, and expand the adoption of the company's Services Portfolio. The role blends Market Analysis, Strategic Analysis, Sales Support, Opportunity Management, and Business Planning to aid Clients in meeting their goals and accelerate Services growth.
What You Will Do
As a Business Analyst within the Services Business Development team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
- Supporting the development of Client proposals, presentations, and business cases.
- Analyzing sales pipeline, revenue performance, and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations.
- Assisting with opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance, and Delivery teams.
- Preparing materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and leadership updates.
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at growing the company's Services business.
- Developing a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services industry, and the company's products and solutions.

What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date between June 2026 and August 2027.
