Business Development Context
The Services Business Development team is instrumental in identifying, shaping, and commercializing opportunities within the company's Services. This function manages the Services P&L and works closely with Clients, Account Management, Product, and Delivery teams to drive revenue growth and support strategic Client engagements. The role combines market analysis, strategic analysis, sales support, opportunity management, and business planning to facilitate Clients in achieving their objectives while promoting Services growth.
What You Will Do
As a Business Analyst in Services Business Development, you will play a key role in identifying and advancing business opportunities across key customers and sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
- Supporting the development of Client proposals, presentations, and business cases
- Analyzing sales pipeline, revenue performance, and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations
- Assisting with opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance, and Delivery teams
- Preparing materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and leadership updates
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at growing the company's Services business
- Developing a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services industry, and the company's products and solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between June 2026 and August 2027
- Available to start on 1st September 2027
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High-energy, can-do attitude, with a very strong sense of ownership
