Associate, Business Intelligence Engineer

We’re looking for an Associate, Business Intelligence Engineer to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Sales team, you will be tasked with helping us unlock revenue and drive category growth by uncovering actionable insights - identifying aggregate vertical trends in addition to doing in-depth client analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understanding challenges the business faces and helping them to make decisions based on data-driven insights by collating and analyzing information from multiple sources and presenting a logical and coherent story.
• Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the account management group.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build out measurement agendas/strategies, provide data-based insights for products in alpha or beta, and deliver feedback on data tools in development.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to help the business understand and optimize advertiser performance and product development through a client-centric lens.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/economics/mathematics or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years experience in quantitative analysis and research.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for analysis and data visualization.
