Associate Category Manager, Amazon Now

The company Now is the company's quick commerce program in Saudi Arabia, operating in a competitive retail market. As a Vendor Manager on the Anow SA team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships for a portfolio of suppliers, focusing on selection, availability, and commercial performance across our dark store and superstore network.

You will work closely with vendors to onboard new products, close availability gaps, negotiate trading terms, and ensure a strong in-stock position for quick commerce. Utilizing data to identify opportunities, you will collaborate with internal teams such as Category Leadership, Supply Chain, and Operations, translating vendor performance into customer-facing improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused mindset. Clear communication with vendors and internal stakeholders is essential, as is contributing directly to Anow's growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a vendor portfolio, building strong relationships to ensure vendor success.
• Drive selection expansion by identifying and onboarding new products aligning with category strategy.
• Improve distribution and fill rates by optimizing availability and strengthening supply chain reliability.
• Lead regular vendor business reviews to assess performance and align on growth opportunities.
• Support promotional campaign planning and execution to maximize vendor engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in account management, project or program management, or buying.
• Experience with Excel and other business analytic tools.
• Fluency in English (speak, write, and read).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, SQL).
• Background in online retail.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
