The company Consulting team is seeking an Associate Cloud Consultant to join us in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the on-site delivery and implementation of modern technology. Your focus will be on delivering quality work that results in a positive customer experience, while developing extensive technical expertise in cloud technologies.
As a Cloud Consultant, you will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructure with particular emphasis on the OpenShift Container Platform and other cloud solutions. You'll assess their business needs and make tailored recommendations. This position is exclusive to Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert at customer sites, addressing technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs.
- Continuously learn about new technologies and apply those concepts to meet customer needs.
- Produce quality results while supporting multiple projects across various industries.
- Update stakeholders on potential issues that may affect project or company performance.
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, and software specification, including the design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
- Provide written project documentation for distribution within the company and the customer’s management team.
- Adapt to changing customer requirements.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in a consulting or related role.
- Experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Linux and cloud solutions such as OpenShift and OpenStack Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to stakeholders and diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
- Certified Engineer or willingness to pursue certification within 90 days.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OpenShift AI is a significant plus.
