About the Team
The Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) team helps clients drive impact through data-driven insights and a collaborative, tech-enabled culture. What You'll Do

  • Work in small teams to support strategic consulting projects across industries
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different areas of the organization, gaining exposure to business development, account management, and product management
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and help translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Create clear and compelling presentations for internal teams and clients
  • Support problem-solving by structuring challenges and exploring solutions
  • Build an understanding of how consulting engagements are delivered from start to finish
  • Participate in volunteer and team-building experiences
  • Gain exposure to leadership through networking sessions and speaker series
  • Begin building relationships with clients to understand their business needs, seek strategic solutions, and guide impactful decisions
  • Grow through mentorship from an experienced management team

Specialization Tracks
We are recruiting for five specialization tracks. Track placement indicates the types of projects where you will spend most of your time, but cross-track collaboration is encouraged:

  • Business Experimentation
    Leverage predictive analytics and SQL to run data-backed business experiments, providing insights on initiatives such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer loyalty.
  • Strategy & Transformation
    Guide clients through strategic and operational challenges to enhance performance. Engage with various clients, including Fortune 500 companies, focusing on product development and innovation.
  • Performance Analytics
    Utilize quantitative and qualitative skills alongside enterprise applications (e.g., SQL, Python) to deliver data-led consulting solutions, analyzing trends and synthesizing data into strategic recommendations.
  • Marketing
    Develop and implement marketing strategies and evaluate campaign results, focusing on customer behaviors and achieving performance outcomes for clients.
  • Deploy
    Assist clients in implementing the company's products and platforms, managing cross-functional efforts, risks, and driving adoption to maximize value.

What We're Looking For

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree with expected graduation between December 2027 - July 2028
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus
  • Availability: Must be available to start the internship in June 2027
