Associate Consultant, Launch Graduate Program 2026

As an Associate Consultant within the Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) group at the company, you will collaborate within small teams to help major global brands address and implement solutions for their most challenging strategic questions. Your role will involve taking ownership of deliverables and building external relationships with clients, focusing on technology and data across various industries including financial services, retail, hospitality, and more.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to drive data-backed business experiments, strategic initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative skills to deliver data-led consulting solutions and insights to clients.
• Engage with diverse industries and clients, directly interfacing with Fortune 500 companies.

Specialization Tracks:

• Business Experimentation: Analyze business initiatives using the company's predictive analytics platform.
• Strategy & Transformation: Guide clients through operational and transformational challenges.
• Performance Analytics: Synthesize data to drive strategic recommendations.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies for client engagements.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or master's degree, graduating between December 2025 or expected graduation in Spring 2026.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven leadership experience and a strong academic record.

Additional Information: This role is not eligible for the company's work authorization sponsorship; therefore, candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia without employer sponsorship.
