Associate Consultant

The company seeks an Associate Consultant to provide support and assistance to project managers and project teams for assigned projects. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining all project documentation files and records, coordinating project-related information and communications, updating and maintaining internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans with specific information, preparing, analyzing, and distributing status, tracking, and project finance reports, creating presentation materials for meetings and summarizing project data, coordinating team and customer meetings, planning appropriate mediums (Web, teleconference, face-to-face), ensuring all arrangements are properly managed, recording and distributing minutes and follow-up actions from meetings, collaborating with other project support staff to consolidate support processes, serving as a backup contact for the internal project team as designated by the project manager, and undertaking project management activities as directed by the project manager.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent required, along with 4 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
