Associate Consultant

About the Job:

The company is seeking an Associate Consultant to provide high-quality and timely development for service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects. The role involves a range of assignments from basic analysis and problem-solving to leading small teams in the development of complex solutions while contributing to client satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and build of new technology solutions, including understanding business needs, determining product specifications, production timetables, and developing marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify business needs and generate product requirements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to support product development.
• Collaborate in a team environment to create reports, presentations, and workshops for clients.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
• Assist with proposal development and participate in client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business (preferred) or Master's Degree in the same fields (preferred) or a Ph.D. with commercial experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish team goals.
• Understanding of business processes and their influences on decision-making.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.
• Effective time management skills.
