Associate Data Analyst - Builders Program (Emirati National)

About the Job:
The company is on a mission to build the most customer-centric financial super app in the world. We are seeking a fresh graduate or early-career Data Analyst to join our Flagship Builders Program. This program is designed for ambitious graduates ready to step into real responsibilities from day one and is not a rotational “observer” program, but rather a career accelerator for motivated individuals.

You will be placed into high-impact roles across Product, Engineering, Design, and beyond, where you will tackle meaningful challenges that influence how millions experience fintech. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of professionals to solve real-world problems, contribute to analytics, and assist in making data AI-ready.

Your Responsibilities:

• Model and transform data for analysis.
• Build and maintain clean, reusable datasets that power reporting and self-serve analytics.
• Contribute to a scalable metrics layer by defining, documenting, and aligning business definitions.
• Answer ad-hoc questions with clear analysis and create reusable assets like dashboards.
• Create AI-friendly data products and ensure datasets are reliably used by AI tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business questions into measurable analyses.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of relevant experience (internships, projects, or part-time roles count).
• Solid SQL fundamentals and one programming language for analysis (preferably Python).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to producing accurate outputs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to data modeling concepts and familiarity with modern analytics stacks (such as dbt, BigQuery, Tableau).
• Experience creating AI-ready data assets and using AI tools responsibly.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is expected.
