Associate Data Engineer - Builders Program

We are seeking a fresh graduate or early-career Data Platform Engineer for our builder track. This role focuses on developing and running the data platform that makes data available, secure, governed, and efficient. Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining the data platform and architecture (data warehouse, data lake, governance).
• Creating robust pipelines (ELT/ETL + event-driven).
• Improving pipeline performance and reliability.
• Enabling analytics and AI use cases that provide actionable insights.

Your Expertise (Must Have):

• Fresh graduate or < 1 year of relevant experience.
• Solid programming fundamentals in Python, Java, Go, or similar.
• Strong SQL fundamentals.
• Understanding of data concepts: schemas, partitions, data quality, and security.
• A problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud data stack concepts (warehouses, object storage).
• Exposure to event streaming (Kafka concepts).
• Experience with tools like dbt, Airflow, Spark, or similar.
• Basic familiarity with Terraform/IaC and CI/CD.
• Experience using AI assistants responsibly for coding and debugging.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is expected.
