This Associate Data Engineer role is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kick-start their careers within an international software product company. Your mission involves assisting clients and partners in adopting and utilizing the company’s Data Virtualization capabilities, providing modern solutions for agile data delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide education and ongoing support during the introduction and implementation of the platform to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve inquiries related to the operation of software products.
- Participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects to improve client efficiency.
- Contribute to knowledge management and promote best practices for project execution.
- Implement product demos and pilots showcasing Data Virtualization in various scenarios.
- Provide timely customer-based feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and issues.
Required Skills:
- Open to Fresh Graduates (top-ranked and exceptionally qualified).
- University Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Understanding of Data Integration concepts.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database theory/practice.
- Technical skills in Java development, JDBC, XML, and web service-related APIs.
- Experience in server environments (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic experience with Big Data, NoSQL, and InMemory environments.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in English (additional languages are beneficial).
