Your mission will be to assist our clients and partners in realizing their full potential through the company's Data Virtualization capabilities, providing modern solutions for agile data delivery.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Educate, coach, and support clients during the introduction and ongoing projects of the company's Platform to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries related to operating the company's software products in their environment.
- Participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects to enhance client efficiency with the company's products.
- Contribute to knowledge management activities and promote best practices for project execution.
- Implement product demos and pilots to showcase Data Virtualization in enterprise scenarios, cloud deployments, and Big Data projects.
- Provide timely, prioritized, and complete customer feedback to various teams regarding client business cases, requirements, and issues.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Open to Fresh Graduates (must be top-ranked and exceptionally qualified).
- University Degree relating to information systems or computer science (Bachelor or Master).
- Understanding of Data Integration concepts.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational/analytical database management theory and practice.
- Good knowledge of software development and architectural patterns.
- Technical skills including Java development, JDBC, XML, Web Service-related APIs, and experience with version control systems (e.g., SVN, git).
- Experience in Windows & Linux (and UNIX) server environments.

- Professional curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tasks.
- Active listening skills.
- Creativity and teamwork.
Communications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (other international languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel.
Non-Mandatory Skills (Nice to have):
- Basic experience in Big Data, NoSQL, and InMemory environments.
- Basic experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
