What you’ll do
- Own the full P&L and strategic performance of the company Box in UAE and Jordan, guiding growth, commercial, marketing, and operational functions to deliver sustainable business impact.
- Define and execute high-impact market strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, while continuously improving platform efficiency and unit economics.
- Lead commercial and strategic partnerships, unlocking new demand channels and enhancing the value proposition for both senders and couriers.
- Drive operational excellence at scale, optimizing key metrics such as delivery speed, reliability, and cost-to-serve across complex and dynamic markets.
- Influence cross-functional priorities by working closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Growth, Finance, Legal, and Care teams to overcome barriers, launch new capabilities, and deliver seamless market operations.
- Leverage data and insights to monitor performance, identify key trends, and guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Represent the company externally, building strong relationships with regulators, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to advance the business and ensure compliance with local laws.
