ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll join the company Academy, a global team that helps clients and executives build the capabilities they need to deliver lasting results. As an Associate Director in the company Academy, you’ll design and deliver high-impact, interactive learning programs for clients in-person, virtually, and in digital formats. You’ll serve as a thought leader and content creator, collaborating with experts across the company to develop capability-building content that inspires, engages, and drives measurable change.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

  • Advise company case teams on capability-building opportunities and lead workshops for priority clients.
  • Help shape the company Academy’s global strategy as we continue to scale, potentially involving approximately 20–25% travel, depending on your focus and interests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver world-class learning experiences:

  • Advise Client Heads, Office Heads, and case teams on client capability-building needs.
  • Share expertise on learning and development topics with the company and client leadership teams.
  • Identify and share relevant materials to support capability-building proposals and client discussions.
  • Provide rapid-response support to company teams seeking capability-building content and expertise.
  • Partner with account teams on client development activities, including contributing to proposals.
  • Lead and co-deliver the company Academy programs, tailoring design and content to the client context.
  • Design and facilitate engaging workshops, Train the Trainer sessions, and blended learning programs.
  • Support high-quality program execution, from aligning with clients on the approach through event delivery and participant follow-up.

Build and evolve the company Academy learning assets:

  • Work closely with solution leaders and experts to design high-impact training modules and immersive exercises.
  • Develop learning experiences across topics such as Agile innovation, sales effectiveness, Net Promoter System, procurement, and performance transformation.
  • Adapt internal company training content for external audiences.
  • Develop blended learning journeys that combine live and digital experiences.
  • Help shape the company’s point of view on capability building and contribute to the evolution of our digital learning strategy.
  • Curate relevant external content and collaborate with colleagues across the company.
  • Explore and pilot creative learning techniques and formats, including simulations, gamification, interactive exercises, and emerging technologies.

Recent examples of the company Academy work include immersive Agile and innovation training; sales learning journeys supported by AI-powered coaching; blended Net Promoter System learning programs; a procurement curriculum incorporating an interactive strategy board game; and programs that equip company teams and clients to support large-scale performance transformations.

Drive the company Academy’s growth and strategy:

  • Partner with senior leadership to refine and implement the company Academy’s global strategy.
  • Develop marketing materials and build internal awareness and demand for the company Academy offerings.
  • Contribute to periodic strategy reviews focused on maximizing client impact.

Contribute to the company’s internal learning programs:

  • While primarily focused on the company Academy’s client-facing offerings, you may also support priority internal learning programs depending on demand, capacity, and personal interest.

ABOUT YOU
You bring consulting experience, a passion for learning design and delivery, and the confidence to step seamlessly into client-facing situations as both a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
You will also bring:

  • Current or recent experience as a company consulting Senior Manager with a rating of "Strong Impact/Contribution" or higher in your most recent professional development review, or demonstrated mastery of the Manager, company Academy role.
  • A demonstrated passion for training, with experience as a trainer at a global program preferred.
  • Experience managing teams in project-based environments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A creative, detail-oriented, execution-focused approach and the ability to adapt to evolving needs.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative with limited direction.
  • The ability to work effectively across global teams, including flexibility to adjust priorities and working hours to meet client needs.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A high level of discretion when managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • A personal commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Knowledge, certification, or experience in areas such as product management, MBTI, Agile/Scrum, Net Promoter System, coaching, or coding.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service, and the company’s best-in-class benefits package. The estimated annualized compensation range for this role is between $164,500 - $219,000 in specific states. Placement within this range will vary based on several factors including experience, education, and skills. Additional benefits include:
