Requirements
- Proven experience in programme, project, or cost management, ideally within the real estate sector
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands
- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field
