- Lead the planning and delivery of facilities management and cleaning services to ensure operational excellence and service quality across the park.
- Manage facility management contracts, suppliers and outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with agreed service standards and contractual requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control and procurement activities to optimise operational efficiency and support business objectives.
- Drive digital transformation, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement programmes across facilities management operations.
- Monitor operational performance, customer feedback and service delivery outcomes to enhance guest, tenant and partner satisfaction.
- Conduct site inspections, technical audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance, improve asset performance and support business continuity.
- Manage facilities-related project handovers, maintenance programmes and asset lifecycle activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.

About You
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in facilities management within retail or office property environments.
- Strong facilities management, contract management and project management capabilities.
- Financial aptitude with experience in budgeting, cost control and resource management.
- Knowledge of HV/LV systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, security systems and safety codes and practices.
- Strong communication, team building, strategic planning and execution skills.
Desired
- Facilities Management, Project Management or QHSE certification.
- Experience within a theme park environment.
- Experience leading sustainability, energy saving or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing large-scale outsourced facilities and cleaning service contracts.
