Position

This position involves working on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, which includes a major mixed-use development featuring sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, alongside all associated infrastructure. As a delivery partner, Mace is seeking high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each project phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timeframes and budgets, ensuring diligent management and identification of risks and challenges.
  • Lead project management for external/third-party clients from inception to post-completion.
  • Ensure successful project delivery in alignment with stakeholder expectations, effectively communicating strategies among client, consultant, and contractor teams.
  • Promote safety by demonstrating visible safety behaviors and applying the health and safety framework.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support broader Mace projects and initiatives.
  • Manage collaboration among client, consultant, and external stakeholder teams to ensure effective project completion.
  • Produce integrated design and authority programmes aligned with procurement and delivery schedules.
  • Oversee sequencing, methodology, and staging plan production, aligning delivery with strategic priorities including construction to production, digital and data, service excellence, quality, assurance, and sustainability.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies, programmes, and initiatives.
  • Manage and negotiate with senior external stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Actively network and leverage best practices and resources within the Mace group, driving continuous process improvement.
  • Contribute to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing, and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant MEA experience.
  • Degree qualification.
  • Relevant professional membership.
  • Proven experience in successful construction delivery phases of projects and programmes.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
