The Associate Director - Infrastructure will lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programs across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. This role demands strategic leadership, client relationship management, commercial oversight, and multidisciplinary project delivery expertise across various sectors, including transportation, utilities, roads and highways, rail, aviation, ports, water, energy, and urban development. The successful candidate will provide leadership to project teams, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, sustainably, and in accordance with client objectives and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects/programmes, managing multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients throughout the lifecycle.
- Set high performance standards and leverage people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your responsibility by applying practical knowledge of CDM across teams.
- Anticipate client challenges and provide applicable solutions while innovating sustainably based on stakeholder needs.
- Promote inclusive teamwork, fostering trust and collaboration both within the organization and with clients.
- Cultivate client and industry partnerships, developing and growing relationships.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure project or program management.
- Proven experience delivering major infrastructure developments within the UAE or GCC region.
- Experience in managing large multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, design, procurement, construction, and transfer processes.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including government entities and utility authorities.
- In-depth knowledge of project controls, risk management, governance, and reporting.
- Experience administering and managing FIDIC contracts and major infrastructure procurement strategies.
- Proven success in client relationship management and business development activities.
- Experience working on Abu Dhabi government projects.
- Background in transportation, rail, aviation, utilities, energy, water, or smart city developments.
- Consultancy and client-side project management experience.
