Position

The Associate Director - Integrations & Separations will deliver Integration and Separation engagements throughout the M&A transaction lifecycle. This includes covering Operational Due Diligence, Synergies, Integration/Separation assessments, Detailed integration/separation planning, and Implementation (functional workstream support and running/supporting the Integration/Separation Management Office). Key responsibilities involve planning and executing Integrations and Separations engagements, coordinating with other internal the company teams for functional expertise, teaming with Partners and Directors for proposals and business development, preparing and managing proposals, supervising and mentoring junior resources, driving day-to-day engagement management, and developing strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant Integrations and Separations experience.
  • Experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations and separations: Separation/Integration Assessments and Blueprinting, Detailed planning Day 1/100, and Implementation.
  • Experience in managing/overseeing implementation of functional workstreams (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, etc.).
  • Proven experience in leading the Integration or Separation Management Office.
  • Adept in synergies assessment, identification of transitional services, and costing.
  • Capable of managing Operational Due Diligence projects to identify deal issues/red flags.
  • Strong reporting writing skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
  • Experience in designing proposals.
  • Flexible working style and good team-working skills.
  • Big four experience/Boutique M&A/Corporate M&A is preferable.
  • Arabic language skills are preferable.
  • Industry Experience: Various.
