Responsibilities
- Originate and structure Investment Banking capital-raising solutions for corporate clients.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders’ engagements, including obtaining necessary approvals.
- Establish, coordinate, and lead origination strategies for specific sectors across all Investment Banking products and regional markets.
- Maintain engagement with large corporate clients, government entities, other banks, external lawyers, project managers, and consultants/advisors.
- Closely work with various stakeholders (including relationship managers, operations, Sharia team, and others) in the documentation and disbursement of various transactions, demonstrating the ability to work with legal counsel independently.
- Support the syndication team in creating narratives for distributing risk to potential investors.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of investment banking principles. Relevant experience in the sector is preferred.

Contract and Travel Details
