About
Due to the company's new strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add an Associate Director to our Strategic Analytics & Insights team based in Riyadh. The Associate Director will help with growing our business across core industries (Automotive, Telecom, Finance, and Government) and clients in the area of consumer insights, innovation, and analytics solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top-line growth and deliver profitable growth by addressing opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Business development in terms of opening doors with new clients, meeting them, and understanding their business needs.
  • Receiving and understanding client briefs.
  • Developing research design, proposals, and preparing budgets/costs.
  • Contributing to contract negotiation.
  • Briefing and training the execution team.
  • Designing questionnaires and interview/discussion guides.
  • Analyzing data and information.
  • Developing conclusions and solid recommendations.
  • Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage.
  • Analyzing and evaluating results.
  • Controlling costs/budgeting.
  • Acting as the main link resource to clients and developing close relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Gathering and accumulating useful field data and summarizing and analyzing secondary data.
  • Responsible for project management and maintaining close working relationships between key members, i.e., Analysts, Field Staff, Administration, etc.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in a research-related field, preferably in similar research roles.
  • Experience in custom/adhoc survey-based research, especially in the areas of consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions, customer experience, U&A, etc. Experience in sectors like Automotive, Financial, Telecom, and Government is crucial.
  • Analytical with excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail, and an ability to deliver results accurately and on time.
  • Strong client-handling skills and an ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and add value and insight to projects.
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and enthusiastic.
