Associate, End User Services - Quality

The Associate in End User Services will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to users by effectively managing service requests, incidents, and problems related to end-user computing. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure devices and applications are functioning optimally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing resolution in a timely manner.
• Managing inventory of end-user devices and configuring equipment as necessary for new employees.
• Providing training and support to users on new technologies and systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
