Key Responsibilities
- Participate in various trainings to improve technical skills.
- Develop a strong understanding of chemical process fundamentals and their application to industrial processes.
- Develop and review process simulation models using process simulation tools.
- Perform engineering calculations, data analysis, and troubleshoot process models.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Continuously develop knowledge in process simulation, advanced process control, digital engineering, and digitalization technologies.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university.
- Minimum GPA of 3 out of 4.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.

Required Technical Skills
Chemical Engineering Fundamentals:
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat and material balance, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, and process dynamics and control.
- Good understanding of the dynamic behavior of process systems.
- Knowledge of PID controllers, feedback/feedforward control, process variables, and control loops.
Process Simulation:
- Familiarity with process simulation concepts and tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, UniSim, Petro-SIM, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Academic projects involving process simulation, modeling, optimization, or control are positively viewed.
Programming:
- Strong programming fundamentals, with knowledge of Python and C/C++.
- Ability to develop basic programs, algorithms, functions, and data-processing scripts.
