Associate Expert Business Analyst Project Based

About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Expert Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for a 6-month position in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, focusing on technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects
• Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide recommendations for improvements
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-focused role
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Professional certification in business analysis is a plus
