Associate HR

The Associate HR will assist in various HR functions, including operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for contributing to a thriving work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR operations projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT Industry.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
