Associate Inside Sales Representative

They get to know their portfolio inside and out, providing technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations to pricing and availability. Crucially, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web, or email.

As an Inside Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, working either on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will:

• Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
• Recommend business solutions, products, and services based on the client’s needs
• Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
• Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
• Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts

• Business / IT related degree and graduated in 2024/2025
