About the Role
As an Associate IT Customer Support, you will provide essential technical support to internal users by addressing queries related to desktop applications and hardware. Your role will involve interacting with various teams, including network services and application developers, to restore service, enhance usability, and identify underlying problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests related to procedures, transactions, and system status.
• Assist in monitoring and resolving hardware and software issues following established procedures.
• Configure, install, and repair desktop hardware and software as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
