Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Conditions: Remote, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from your remote home office to provide technical support.
- Manage new cases through various channels (telephone, email, web).
- Advocate for internal customers and ensure timely updates.
- Handle support cases according to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and draft technical notices.
- Improve service delivery and participate in a weekend working rotation.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic track record and an undergraduate degree in a technical subject (Computer Science, MIS, Electrical Engineering, etc.) or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- Experience with Linux troubleshooting and basic hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
- Familiarity with programming fundamentals in languages such as bash, Perl, Ruby, JavaScript, C, C++, or Go.
- Understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud computing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and maintain a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events.
