Key responsibilities include:
- Providing remote technical support for employees.
- Managing a portfolio of support cases through effective communication and timely updates.
- Contributing to and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Drafting technical notices for both internal and external communication.
- Learning continuously as products evolve and collaborating closely with team members.
- Participating in a regular weekend working rotation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional academic track record and preferably an undergraduate degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering).
- Experience with Linux troubleshooting and server administration.
- Basic hands-on knowledge in programming (with any language such as bash, Python, etc.) and networking.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
