Associate Manager Data Engineering

As an Associate Manager in Data Engineering, you will assist in managing data engineering projects and tasks, ensuring timely and scope-compliant completion. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure, working with other teams to understand and address data requirements, contributing to initiatives focused on data quality and security, learning from experienced team members and applying knowledge in your daily tasks, participating in the optimization of data processes, staying up-to-date with emerging data technologies and industry best practices, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform or IBM Certified Data Engineer, are a plus.
