Associate Manager - Graphic Design

As an Associate Manager - Graphic Design, you will be responsible for creative and content support, including auditing creative guidelines for existing media inventories across various media channels. You will develop creative concepts based on briefs, review visual content, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of creative content.

Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and consider communication objectives during design approach decisions.
• Develop creative guidelines for new placements across various media channels.
• Provide recommendations on key visuals based on intended media channels.
• Create onsite/offsite banners, emails, and social creative assets (static, HTML formats).
• Produce video ads for onsite/offsite and in-store screens networks, including size adaptation.
• Assist with the performance management process by setting objectives and providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor team members for developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Graphic Design/Multimedia Design, preferably in ecommerce.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in video editing based on given templates.
• A portfolio featuring detailed design work, including videos.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design.
• Ability to self-manage and motivate to learn new things.
