Recommends specific product configurations to assist with overall system design and integration. Configures, implements, and provides complex product support activities to meet client needs. Identifies potential uses for products or technologies; identifies issues and solidifies plans for using them to meet business needs. Selects, coordinates and implements technical product components, ensuring that the technical solution addresses the business concern. Addresses product requirements, usability, change requests and defines future functionality to end users and stakeholder groups to increase understanding of products. Provides insight and advice to customers concerning applicability of specific complex products/technologies. Serves as the subject matter expert on product systems, processes, network architecture and interface capabilities. Assists in outlining new product/service business case justification to ensure that the proposed solution is capable of delivering articulated business benefits to the client. Performs systems modeling, simulation and analysis to provide appropriate software solutions. Participates in designing, developing, troubleshooting and analyzing software programs. Provides feedback and reports to management on the status and availability of software and services to ensure proper functioning.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
- Eight or more years of experience with technical product programming, configuration, design, and/or integration
- Experience working with technical products, vendors, and families of technologies

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design using Java or any other Language
- Develop, Automate, Release and Support Integration solutions supporting Product Management
- Experience working with IBM DataPower, AppConnect, MQ and APIC
- Experience working with hosted applications or large-scale application deployments
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, JBoss, Tomcat, Go, Angular.js (web frameworks), Java, Python (web frameworks), .NET, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with technologies like Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, containers, and Ansible cloud management
- Working knowledge of Integration Patterns and ability to apply effectively with Customer and Partner solutions
- Experience with middleware industry products and integration technology
- Experience with DevOps Tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory)
- Experience with at least one cloud offering (AWS, Azure)
- Experience leading or working in a Scrum or Agile Development global teams
- Experience with Commercial Cloud architectures, including traditional and serverless computing
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
