Associate Manager Infrastructure Services

The Associate Manager Infrastructure Services is responsible for assisting in the management and operation of infrastructure services. Key responsibilities include providing support to the team and contributing to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects, maintaining the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues, collaborating with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements, participating in the implementation of best practices and process improvements, assisting in the development of infrastructure documentation, optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects, and effective communication to provide support and collaborate with team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management.
• Proficiencies in technical knowledge and teamwork.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Certified Cloud Practitioner, are a plus.
