Associate Manager Infrastructure Services

The company is looking for an Associate Manager for Infrastructure Services. In this role, you will assist in the management and operation of infrastructure services, providing support to the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects.
• Maintaining the performance and availability of infrastructure systems and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborating with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements.
• Participating in the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
• Developing infrastructure documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects.
• Communicating effectively to provide support and collaboration with team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technology.

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Certified Cloud Practitioner, are a plus.
