Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
- Troubleshooting issues and analyzing system performance.
- Responding to alarms/alerts promptly to address service issues and requests.
- Ensuring a high level of service availability while diagnosing server or network alerts and issues.
- Communicating with product teams and notifying appropriate parties of any operational inefficiencies.
- Supporting the underlying application infrastructure to reduce service risks, inefficiencies, and bugs.
- Developing training materials and procedures for users.
- Enforcing and complying with all necessary controls and information security policies.
Qualifications:
- Preferred tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates to 3 years of experience in a similar domain are recommended.
- Experience should demonstrate independence in completing assigned tasks and project work.
