Associate Manager - IT Service Desk Engineer

The Associate Manager - IT Service Desk Engineer is responsible for supporting employees with all IT-related technical issues. This role entails diagnosing hardware and software problems, providing effective assistance, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a broad range of Information Technology policies and procedures, demonstrating maturity and reliability in providing consistent user support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
• Troubleshooting issues and analyzing system performance.
• Responding to alarms/alerts promptly to address service issues and requests.
• Ensuring a high level of service availability while diagnosing server or network alerts and issues.
• Communicating with product teams and notifying appropriate parties of any operational inefficiencies.
• Supporting the underlying application infrastructure to reduce service risks, inefficiencies, and bugs.
• Developing training materials and procedures for users.
• Enforcing and complying with all necessary controls and information security policies.

Qualifications:

• Preferred tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates to 3 years of experience in a similar domain are recommended.
• Experience should demonstrate independence in completing assigned tasks and project work.
