Associate Manager - Monetization

About the Role
The Associate Manager - Monetization is responsible for supporting the execution of Monetization and Marketing Operations strategies and campaigns within the assigned country. This role involves working closely with the Monetization Manager and various internal stakeholders to ensure that local needs align with the overall strategy while maintaining uniformity with established guidelines.

Role Profile

• Execute day-to-day promotional activities and develop reports on the success of promotions for the assigned country.
• Collect customer data on retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
• Support report creation on the marketing strategy by collating and identifying different metrics that the marketing department can use to evaluate the number of customers reached and the marketing ROI.
• Execute value propositions for existing and new products and translate them into business practices.
• Support new ideas for customer acquisition and retention initiatives based on learnings from internal, customer, and third-party research, and assist in developing business cases and implementation plans while coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.
• Conduct market research necessary to support idea generation and business case development.
• Ensure key KPIs are reported and monitored against the strategy set for the assigned country.
• Support the development of performance reporting on all core performance marketing metrics related to Monetization campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in the retail business.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
