We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – Oracle CC&B with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to support, configure, and manage Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) applications. This role involves a balanced mix of technical, functional, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring system stability and performance aligned with business requirements within the utilities domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues and defects in Oracle CC&B.
- Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Support integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and GIS.
- Manage data migration, validation, and transformation activities.
- Utilize technical expertise in SQL, Java, XML, and OUAF for application support and enhancements.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal response times.
- Resolve user access and login issues, including user creation and role management.
- Apply application patches, support system upgrades, and perform regular housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure adherence to system security and operational best practices.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle CC&B applications.
- Configure system components in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align system behavior with business needs.
- Apply strong domain knowledge of utility industry processes and Oracle CC&B modules, including Customer Information, Billing, Payments, and Collections.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience with Oracle CC&B in a support, enhancement, or implementation role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Java, XML, and data migration activities.
- Knowledge of utility industry processes and billing systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a regulated utility environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).
