Essential Job Functions:
- Support the execution of the treasury strategy, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management.
- Assist in managing banking relationships and evaluate banking services for cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the treasury team on various tasks and projects.
- Develop foundational skills in analyzing financial instruments to mitigate risks.
- Stay informed about financial markets and economic trends, providing insights to the team.
- Assist in the coordination of funding for projects and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing and delivering reports on treasury activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in finance, with exposure to treasury functions.
- Proficiencies in cash flow analysis, financial reporting, and treasury support.
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), are a plus.
