Role Overview:
As an Associate Managing Consultant in Advisors Deploy Program Management, you will engage directly with clients to deliver new products and strategies efficiently, implement complex technology assets, and enhance client processes. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate activities, define roles and responsibilities, identify risks, and provide solutions to ensure the success of transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch APM program initiatives such as onboarding and training.
  • Collaborate with the Deploy product team on sales pitch development.
  • Implement risk frameworks and work on risk mitigation.
  • Communicate deployment status updates to clients.
  • Support the SBOS deployment and vendor management efforts.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in delivering large, complex projects in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong domain knowledge in the payments industry and hands-on program management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and navigate conflicting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct cost/benefit/risk analysis.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and the local office language; additional languages are advantageous.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Project Management tools.
  • Willingness to travel.
