As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to manage high-visibility payments programs, focusing on the execution of payment solutions—from implementation to adoption and product evolution. Your role will blend strategy and execution, partnering across functions such as Product, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Tech/Processor, and Marketing to drive key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute program strategies and roadmaps, translating them into quarterly objectives and key results.
  • Lead the execution of platform enablement, digital payments adoption, issuer/acquirer changes, and regulatory updates.
  • Design and implement lifecycle programs to enhance activation, usage, retention, and balance build.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, fees, and partnerships to drive program profitability.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to create decision dashboards and optimize program outcomes.
  • Align and lead cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Establish success metrics and drive post-launch optimization sprints to sustain gains.

Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience in payments programs, consulting, product development, or project management with a proven track record in consumer and SME portfolios.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle mastery, including activation, usage, and retention strategies in the digital payments space.
  • Strong understanding of controls and compliance within scheme and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in analytics and data storytelling; experience with Excel and BI tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is desirable for GCC stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across EEMEA as needed.

Certifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent
  • Familiarity with payments platforms is a plus

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
