In this position, you will own high-visibility payments programs, design the roadmap, execute delivery, and prove value with data. The role blends strategy and execution by shaping issuer/acquirer changes, platform rollouts, and driving various merchant initiatives while partnering with multiple teams such as Product, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to boost activation, digital adoption, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive program strategy and roadmap, co-creating multi-workstream plans and converting them into quarterly objectives and key results.
  • Lead execution for platform enablement and digital payments adoption, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery and compliance with controls.
  • Design and manage activation, usage, retention programs across different channels, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Foster stakeholder leadership across teams to sustain weekly performance and unblock decisions efficiently.
  • Set success benchmarks and lead post-launch optimization sprints to maintain program gains.

Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience in payments programs, consulting, product development, or project management with a proven track record in consumer and/or SME portfolios.
  • Strong skills in analytics and data storytelling, with a comfort level in Excel and BI tools.
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable for engaging with GCC stakeholders.
  • Preferred skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; familiarity with project management tools; relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.

Work Conditions:

  • Hybrid work environment, allowing a mix of remote and in-office work.
  • Willingness to travel across EEMEA as needed.
