As an Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Commercial & New Payment Flows) you will:

  • Ship outcomes (not just activities)
  • Co-create the corporate card roadmap (features, pricing, benefits, segments) and translate into quarterly OKRs, KPIs, and gated delivery milestones.
  • Build and convert a healthy pipeline of B2B opportunities (large enterprise and mid-market); design sales content, discovery scripts, and proposals; enable issuer sales teams with training and playbooks.
  • Stand up structured supplier onboarding programmes (education, objection handling, CRM tracking) to expand card-based AP flows and e-commerce acceptance.
  • Drive virtual card and digital payment adoption (wallets, tokenization) with clean operations, reconciliation support, and change controls.
  • Design and run activation, usage, balance build, retention across CRM, digital, and merchant channels—owning test plans, targeting, controls, and in-life optimization.
  • Partner with analytics to publish dashboards for activation, supplier acceptance, spend, attrition, ENR; structure test-and-learn experiments and act on insights rapidly.
  • Run structured delivery (RAID, gating, cutovers) for platform changes and scheme/regulatory updates; maintain auditable documentation and sign-offs.
  • Align Product, Sales, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Tech/Processor, and vendors; sustain weekly performance cadences and unblock decisions quickly.
  • Set success benchmarks (e.g., early-life activation, acceptance, usage, retention) and lead post-launch optimization sprints to sustain gains.
  • Deliver measurable growth in monthly spend, ENR, and income via orchestrated programmes (product + sales + ops).
  • Maintain clean audits, stable operations, and evidence-based approvals; shorten cycle time from strategy to go-live.

All About You

  • 5 to 8 years in commercial/corporate cards and new payment flows, spanning Product (portfolio management, features/pricing) and Sales (origination, pipeline conversion).
  • Hands-on design and execution of activation, usage, acceptance, retention; fluency in digital adoption drivers.
  • Deliver changes within scheme/regulatory guardrails; strong ops readiness and documentation traceability.
  • Experience with data storytelling, experimentation, and decisioning; comfort with Excel/BI; experience defining dashboards and acting on insights.
  • Track record aligning cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on time/on budget, with weekly performance rhythms.
  • Point to 3+ end-to-end commercial card programmes (design → controls → launch → optimization) with quantified outcomes.
  • Led supplier enablement and/or virtual card adoption programmes and stabilized operations post-launch.
  • Stakeholders trust your judgment on P&L and customer experience and call you to solve hard problems fast.

All About Your Education & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
  • Fluent English; Arabic desirable for GCC stakeholders.
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Excel/Word; familiarity with programme/campaign tools and BI platforms; project management tools preferred.
  • Certifications (nice-to-have): PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent; exposure to commercial payments platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and stakeholder communication; strong organization and multitasking; analytical problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed up to 80%.
