The Associate Managing Consultant will lead commercial card and new payment flows programs end-to-end, shaping product roadmaps, orchestrating sales motions, and delivering operational readiness across corporate and SME segments. This role blends strategy and execution: partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to drive growth in activation, supplier acceptance, tokenization, spending, balances, and retention, while maintaining a robust control environment and auditable documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Product & Roadmap: Co-create the corporate card roadmap and translate it into actionable metrics.
  • Sales Motion & Pipeline: Build and convert a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities and enable issuer sales teams with training and playbooks.
  • Supplier Enablement & Acceptance: Implement structured supplier onboarding programs to expand card-based AP flows and e-commerce acceptance.
  • Virtual Cards & Digital Adoption: Drive virtual card adoption and digital payment initiatives, ensuring clean operations and support.
  • Lifecycle Programmes: Design and manage programs focused on activation, usage, balance build, and retention.
  • Analytics & Performance Management: Collaborate with analytics to publish performance dashboards and experiment on insights.
  • Change Delivery & Controls: Manage structured delivery for platform changes and maintain documentation.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Align cross-functional teams and sustain performance meetings.
  • Value Realization: Set and analyze success benchmarks, leading post-launch optimization efforts.
  • Delivery Excellence: Maintain operational stability and evidence-based approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years in commercial/corporate cards and new payment flows, encompassing product management and sales.
  • Lifecycle & Adoption: Proven experience in driving activation and retention strategies.
  • Controls & Compliance: Skilled in managing operations within regulatory frameworks and ensuring documentation traceability.
  • Analytics Fluency: Proficient in data storytelling and analysis with a strong command of Excel/BI.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree/MBA preferred.

Language Requirements:
Fluent in English; Arabic is desirable for engagement with GCC stakeholders.

Travel Requirement:
Willingness to travel across the region as needed, up to 80%.
