Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries.
  • Contribute to strategies and programs for large clients using data and technology solutions.
  • Manage working relationships with client managers and act as a trusted partner.
  • Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective presentations.
  • Structure work for self and junior team members to address client problems and create impactful storylines.
  • Lead meetings and co-manage project tasks.
  • Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree with relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).
  • Eligibility to work in the host country and ability to obtain required travel visas.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites semi-regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing tasks in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience coaching junior consultants.
  • Relevant industry expertise.
  • MBA or master’s degree with specialization.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and the local office language (if applicable).
