- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective presentations.
- Structure work for self and junior team members to address client problems and create impactful storylines.
- Lead meetings and co-manage project tasks.
- Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with relevant work experience.
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).
- Eligibility to work in the host country and ability to obtain required travel visas.
- Willingness to travel to client sites semi-regularly.

- Experience managing tasks in a collaborative environment.
- Experience coaching junior consultants.
- Relevant industry expertise.
- MBA or master’s degree with specialization.
Language Requirements:
